HealthRelay: Health Webhooks

Send every Apple Health metric you choose to any webhook — automatically. HealthRelay reads the HealthKit data types you enable and delivers them as JSON to any URL you configure: n8n, Zapier, Make, Home Assistant, a Notion or Airtable automation, or your own backend.
