Barely functional
I have used this app daily for the last 1 1/2 years. I get a monthly call from a healthcare nurse for a monitoring service that Medicare pays for. Monitoring BP. I have had to force the app to collect data from Apple Health by disconnecting and connecting again apple health. The heathsnap app rarely automatically uploads the data from apple health. I can find no way to check the app’s version to make sure it is the latest. I went to the healthsnap website for app support but it is only focused on selling the monitoring service. Recent issues with app
This app was always just functional enough not to be problematic. However recently viewing statistics has resulted in broken graphic missing days; and today’s readings not mapping into the history. An update is clearly needed. Please also implement Face ID, and allow readings to map back to Health app. It pulls in data, but oddly don’t push data to the Health app.

App doesn’t load - poor customer service
I have been having problems with this app for six days. I called 4 days ago and got a representative yesterday. I explained the problem and he said that someone will get back to me within the week. This is remote patient management- this app has to work or the care team has to find a resolution fast - neither is happening
