App very buggy on Android phones
For the last 6 months or so, android users cannot see where they are in the waitlist and today cannot even register for classes.
Does not work with my iPhone
Works perfectly fine for my BF but not for me! And we both have iPhones his is just the 15 and I have the 14. It will not save my info no matter what I do so I can’t register for class or pool.
This is the worst app ever!
Days are blank, missing you cannot sign up for lap lanes. You cannot see other clubs schedules or sign up.

When I switch clubs no classes appear for any other club.

The worst app I’ve experienced
Clumsy, slow, unintelligent, lackadaisical, and messy. Some of the words I would use to describe this app. Whoever built this app and manages it must be fired. It’s a joke. I can’t wait to delete this utter waste of space.

Doesn’t work half the time. Missed so many classes because of glitches. I think it’s time to improve it. Maybe lose less customers.

I couldn’t even get to the login screen without an error ☹️. I don’t have an online account. Hit the “Need Online Account “... choose Raleigh.... got an error.

Downloaded app this evening per email from Healthtrax with goal of reserving lane swim for tomorrow. Could load schedule for 2 preceding days but could not load today’s schedule or tomorrow’s. Tried several times , frustrating...
