Latest update solved some of the last problems. Works mostly. But there really should be a way to calibrate the blood sugar algorithm with a finger stick in real time. Showing blood sugar as 90 when it’s nearly 200 is a huge discrepancy.
Syncing
I have a white screen that don’t go away when syncing STILL
Sync issue
When I bring up the app it syncs then covers the entire screen with a blank white screen. If I close the app out and immediately bring it back up it goes away.
The App. is still having syncing issues. I have in installed and reinstalled and that didn’t help. 7/15/26

Synchronization fail
This App is not working! I set it up several times and deleted several times. Initially it seems to set up fine, pairing is working with the watch, BUT when it connects to the watch and after it synchronizes, the App automatically shuts down or gives you a blank page! There is NOBODY to contact, nobody helps you! It’s USELESS !

Diabetes.
I use it to monitor my blood sugar level then I compare it to my fingerprint and it is always within .1 is very accurate and reliable

Nice features
I bought this because it tracks B/P, I am not sure how accurate it is, but it gives a range.
The other features are good, I do own another brand and they are pretty much compatible.
The charging is pretty good and last as they say, I get at least 10 days before I need to charge. It is also nice that there is no subscription cost.
Great price…love it now we need different colors.

Health
I’m a 10 year old that saved up for this watch. I have an ET210 ECG smartwatch and I loved it. It gave me everything that I needed. It was awesome. Suddenly, the touchscreen stopped working. The watch turned on but the touchscreen would not work. I am heartbroken. I tried everything in the app to fix it but nothing worked. Can someone help me?

Battery died quick, my experience it wasn’t great less that a month the watch not charge , not working
Some Features Don’t Work
Fortunately I still have a Fitbit but I kinda wanted to switch to this ring exclusively. I can’t because it does not record my sleep nor does it record my steps. I really like all the other features but it makes me wonder how accurate that info is. I mean if it can’t tell when I’m asleep, how can it tell my blood sugar or oxygen levels? I really hope they do something to fix the app so it’s more accurate.

App not connecting
App cannot connect to the ring as of the last OS update
EKG???
I’ve only been able to get the EKG to work twice. I’m doing it the exact same way every time, but it just will not work. And that was the whole reason I needed the watch. Can anyone Tell me if they have had the same issue.
Stopped working
Pretty impressive, nice quality watch, but at this point, it is just a watch. Issues began when it started resetting the clock face every time I recharged it. Now, it isn’t collecting any data at all.

Doesn’t give correct blood pressure. My blood pressure is high. Why does it give me readings so low. It’s waste of money doesn’t work.
Ring
Not at all accurate with steps - off by more than 3k. How can I trust other measurements? It has been one week. I will probably return the item soon. It doesn’t matter if the ring is cute if the measurements are all wrong!

Health Ware
App provides useful information. Sadly, grabs data and depletes resources beyond acceptable levels. Renders my phone useless.
*Improved Functionality
Current beta testing version is very impressive and improved. On par with my Wear Os watch with identical numbers FINALLY! BP measurements fluctuate between a +/- 3-5 count from home BP kit. Still no dark mode or screen lock/unlock makes my actual rating a 3.5 Much thanks.

Smart ring
The ring itself is beautiful and fits wonderfully and is comfortable, but I’m struggling with getting the app to work for me, it won’t read my sleep and it won’t read any of my measurements it did before but out of nowhere just stopped and will only count my steps. I’m getting quite frustrated and starting to wonder if maybe purchasing the more expensive ring would’ve been a little more worth it instead of trying to save my money. Seems like I got what I paid for..

Application by itself pretty good - flexible- depending on what exactly hardware used with. I would recommend for english language consult topic translator or AI e.g. Chat GPG to avoid confusion. For example PRESSURE - the one expressed as single number like 30, shall read 'stress/recovery score' or 'vascular score' or level ...
