Very confusing. I sent it up and when I went back in had to reset.
Latest dud in a long line of Solutran failures used by Optum Financial
It’s quite amazing to find that just recently this group had vastly improved the previous app. Unfortunately, they mandated that their users start using a “HealthySafe ID” (huh?) with apparently a different app. Now you get to download the app that doesn’t work a bit. Even better, as of May 2nd (2026) you don’t have to worry about calling since even THAT was offline.

I got a new card and can not link it wit this app, it just keeps showing my old card. What do I do

Keeps disconnecting
The new app keeps making me reconnect the account to my login and is much harder to use then the old one
