I downloaded the app and tried to open it, but it’s just a white screen

Blank screen app screen
Both my husband and I downloaded the app and logged in. Once we put on the code, all we got was a blank screen. Closing the app and reopening we get nothing.
App has large banner at top
The banner at the top blocks information. I don’t see anything in the main body except the banner and menu
