Both my husband and I downloaded the app and logged in. Once we put on the code, all we got was a blank screen. Closing the app and reopening we get nothing.

The banner at the top blocks information. I don’t see anything in the main body except the banner and menu

White Blank Screen
I keep getting a white blank screen whenever I’m trying to check my spendable balance. It’s been doing it for weeks now! Rather I check online or through the app! It’s becoming frustrating!

I just get an all white screen after sign in.
Never allows pew
The app Never accepts my pw, the pw resend Never comes but for some reason after minutes of trying it works … fix that please. My pw is Not wrong and I search my emails the reset link lever arrives.
Close to Useless
Very buggy and unreliable. Half the time it won’t let me log in. Stores that allow its use do not sync their list of acceptable items with WellCare’s list. The last time I used it I ended up paying for half of the items that the app said were acceptable.

Are they gonna fix the white screen that’s causing it not to work or did I download this for nothing?

I have tried several times to get into this app and all I get is a white blank page. Did you just plant a cookie on my phone to steal my information,etc?

Quite a few Issues
I am new to WellCare since (July 2026)and I have had numerous problems since installing it. I continuously have to delete the app and reapply it in order for it to work. I am often told that my password is not correct. It is very hard to get it up and running once you get to the store and need to scan items. It is actually very frustrating. I’m grateful for the Wellcare program. I’m grateful for the blessing of the additional funds each month, but very frustrated with the app! I rarely shop online at WellCare because the prices are just too expensive!
