Close to Useless
Very buggy and unreliable. Half the time it won’t let me log in. Stores that allow its use do not sync their list of acceptable items with WellCare’s list. The last time I used it I ended up paying for half of the items that the app said were acceptable.
So
Are they gonna fix the white screen that’s causing it not to work or did I download this for nothing?

I have tried several times to get into this app and all I get is a white blank page. Did you just plant a cookie on my phone to steal my information,etc?

Quite a few Issues
I am new to WellCare since (July 2026)and I have had numerous problems since installing it. I continuously have to delete the app and reapply it in order for it to work. I am often told that my password is not correct. It is very hard to get it up and running once you get to the store and need to scan items. It is actually very frustrating. I’m grateful for the Wellcare program. I’m grateful for the blessing of the additional funds each month, but very frustrated with the app! I rarely shop online at WellCare because the prices are just too expensive!

Not so hot
More times than not, I can not log on to my spendables account. When I do, it’s a pain to find what I need. Your search engine never finds anything even when I use exact phrases or product names. Then when I am able to get in, and find what I need and select product and put it in my cart, I can’t cash out. It’s truly the worst program I have ever used.

I just downloaded the app and I just get a white screen I see other reviews that are saying the same things, what is the problem that it can’t be fixed? Because this is something that should have the full attention of someone.
Doesn’t open & I’m a paying member
I’m a paying member of WellCare & need to Ck on 1 of my meds, & the app doesn’t open. What the heck WellCare?! And I rely on you for my drugs?!

I did what some said to uninstall & reinstall. I signed it, but when I thought it was going to log me in, I was in a continual loop to log in!

Lousy
I’ve downloaded it twice in the app. Just goes to white screen not worth the time. Just use the Internet link.
White screen after login
I went through the process of setting up the app. After logging into the app, it does nothing but shows a white screen. I close the app out completely and access the app and nothing is happening. A white screen is all I’m getting.
What App?
All I ever get is a white screen on my phone which is frustrating when not home to use a different device. And on my iPad once I finally jump through hoops trying to figure out which WellCare, Spendabes, Benefit, Authorization, email, passkey, password, phone number it wants I’m lucky I can get in and want to throw my iPad by that point. This has been happening for SOOOOO LONG. Like in all seriousness, what the heII goes on? PLEASE FIX WHATEVER THE ISSUE IS.

Non functioning
Near impossible to login, have to open it in browser and it still kicked me out. It only seems to partially work in the evening and even then there was an endless loading loop when you get in. All the pages are blank/wont load. Needs a major update/overhaul
Wellcare needs to make a new APP!
This has nothing to do with age! I’m 28 years old and trying to set up my mother’s app so we can view her balance and scan in the store.
I’ve been in the store having to basically guess what is acceptable due to this app not working. There are times where we had to take items back at the checkout. WellCare, You need to resolve this issue so people can understand what they can get!!!

Login Issues
Every time I dl the app and go through login verification it sends me back to login page. I have reloaded app 3x with same response. I can only go through browser.
WellCare Rewards
I’ve ordered many items online and within 3 days it was delivered to my front door. And also I used my rewards to pay the difference for my eyeglasses. I’m extremely happy
