WellCare’s App
I just downloaded this app, again. And it STILL DOESN’T work. What gives? It won’t sign me in, then if it does a white screen, and then just does nothing but “try” to log in. I’m deleting it again and that is all the tries it is getting.
Signing in rarely works
The app fails to recognize my email and password most of the time. Resetting the password every time I use the app is very inconvenient. I had these problems previously but they had been fixed. Now they are back. Worst app I have ever needed to use. I would delete it if I did not need it.

wellcare spendables and rewards app a waste of time!
This spendables OTC card used to work wonderful without even having to go thru this hell of downloading and creating an account that only gives you a white screen! I used to be able to order all my items, including food items thru the walmart app for delivery by just adding my spendables account # as part of my payment method. As of this year, Walmart declined this card as payment for on line orders, so can only use by going to store. Since I have no transportation to get to the store, I called the Spendables Phone #, which btw took days b4 i could even reach a representative. I was told that if i downloaded the app and created an account, I would be able to order from Walmart on line again. I have just wasted 4 hrs trying to get app to work and all i get is that white screen! This has got to be the worst app ever created!

It’s ok, a little difficult to navigate to the items you want! Must go in and out to find the items you want! But thanks for allowing me to try the app and I will definitely use it when I need the items I can’t shop for at the stores!! Now I am waiting to see how long will it take for me to receive them!!

After putting in three verification codes with no cut and paste available I just got a blank screen. Now I am going to waste my time and yoors on the phone because a coder couldn’t do their job

I read all the reviews about the white screen and didn’t believe it. Sure enough, all I get is a white screen after login. WTF.

App doesn’t seem to work much for me.. I click login, it goes back to log in.. I do that 2-3 times, and it goes blank.. 😳. If I use the website login, no problem, it’s the Mobile app that just doesn’t work, so frustrating!

I have deleted and redownloaded the app. You either get blank, then sign in but says password wrong so you decide to change it and it will tell you they sent a link to your email? No link. Then you try to sign in again and it keeps taking you back to “sign in”! I tried waiting a day and it still does goofy things. This App does not WORK! It just makes you frustrated! I can’t even rate it!

This app is awful. I’ve done everything suggested from the previous reviews and it’s still not working. This is not a good indicator for the quality and service that is expected. You need to get your IT department involved asap. If you’re asking us to do business online, then please fix it so that we can…. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

About a week ago, I tried to login and wasn’t able to. Today I tried again several times and I login with no problem and then it verifies through my email and text message, but then it returns back to the same sign in page and then it goes round and round
Worthless
Have deleted and reloaded, logged out, killed and back in only to stay stuck in and endless loop of SSO and login screens. How can a company of this size allow themselves to publicly offer this piece of junk!? If there were a way to give zero stars, I would. Suggestion - get rid of your digital tech team and outsource the function. Since the cost of Plan D is mostly the same, next open enrollment, I’ll be going with another provider that can provide a better process and experience.
