I love this app. I can track my weight, my bowel movements, fasting etc just everything. I’ve been using it for two years and it’s been great, no complaints!

如果可以出watch版就好了。用了很多年，他的很多小组件很实用，用了好多年，过期记录，体重，喝水，每日饮食计划，好像运动少一些功能（但也已经很不错了）这更像是一个大汇总记录。不足的地方，目前一下想不到，后面遇到了再来追评。对了，过期记录功能 那里我很久很久以前记录的东西好像看不到了，也好几年了，算了不计较了。【它就像我的电子手帐随时记一下】，还有从健康里面获取同步信息有点慢
I use everyday
I use it for everything my apple watch doesn't cover. I love this app. Yes it's a little complicated to navigate but there is so much love in this app. Clearly the developer put their heart into it. I love how I can track everything about my life just by easily giving a few taps. And then I can go back and look and learn about my life as this app does a wonderful job tracking the information. I don’t find any other app like this. Every other app I find, it’s either too expensive or missing all the details this app has. Keep going developer, you’re amazing.
