Inaccurate Product Recognition and Misleading Nutrition Information
⭐☆☆☆☆
I was really disappointed with this app. Almost none of the products I scanned were actually in its database. Instead of recognizing the specific product, it just guessed based on the type of food. For example, I scanned a banana and it simply gave generic nutrition facts for “banana.” If it sees the word “organic,” it seems to assume the entire product is organic.
The worst example was when I scanned Bob’s Red Mill Organic Grits. The app claimed it was high in saturated fat, contained cholesterol and sodium, and even criticized it for having no added sugars—which is completely inaccurate. Those claims don’t match the actual nutrition label at all.
If an app is going to evaluate food products, it needs a reliable product database and accurate nutrition analysis. Right now, I can’t trust its results.

Not good for supplements
I tested multiple well-known supplement brands, and most were not recognized at all. Even basic, mainstream products were missing from the database, making the app essentially unusable.
Until the supplement database is dramatically expanded, this app does not deliver on its promise and isn’t worth downloading.
