Serious Updating
I dont k ow how this app has a high rating. Every time I go to change my medical plan it brings me to dental instead. It won’t let me change insurance companies at all only dental. When I put in the information for location and city a provider is an error message comes up. I checked my app is updated to the latest version of the app.

Very simple
This app is extremely simple and easy to navigate. It’s definitely not overly complicated. I can get to my insurance info or my child’s info with just 1 button. This is so much easier than having to wait in line at a government office for hours. Certainly much less stressful than having to be on a phone call with someone for hours. Would definitely recommend 5/5 stars

Super Easy
I love this app, it’s super simple to change personal information, as well as, insurance providers. You can find doctors, dentist all in one swoop! Better than waiting on the phone.

The whole system is a joke.
Never have been able to log in. Nothing but error messages on the app and website. Take it down and start over.
Confusing
I was sent a link to infirm me that I was to enroll in a health plan and choose a provider. It was very hard to navigate as it kept switching hung back to tell me to unenroll. I’m not sure what my current status is with United Healthcare Community.
Hard to navigate
Hard to find what your looking for. Even thing is running on a loop. And sometimes you can’t find what you’re searching for.
For some reason I can select Winn-Dixie as my healthcare provider 😀
