Cannot create account
Tried multiple times on different days but it always errors out on last step in creating an account. FIX IT!
Does not work
Does not currently allow me to proceed with the initial login and account creation. I can't get past the password creation page. It is extremely frustrating that this is the only way to become a participant....there is no web page option, and this app does not work.
App won’t let me choose state
First question asks where you live.
I put in Oregon and it shows 2 choices for Oregon. Nothing happens no matter what I choose.

Can’t log in
As another reviewer noted I completed surveys but can’t log back in to the app. The password reset doesn’t work.
Did the initial surveys and received kit but can’t login or reset
The initial surveys never had me set up a user account so when I received the kit in the mail and went to login, I couldn’t. There is no support option. there is no way to reset password since it doesn’t work. there is no way to sign up for new account.
Saved my life!
Used HOP to get free genetic testing and found out I have one of the breast cancer genes. As a result, I had a preventative mastectomy and reduced my risk of getting breast cancer from 60% to 1%. Thank you HOP!
Trouble with app
When I try to sign up, in the app, and join the study, i cannot get past the screen for Oregon. It gives me a screen to choose what state I live Iin. When I do, it takes me to another screen that lists Oregon there 3 times. When i choose any of them, nothing happens. I can’t get past that screen to finish registering,

Terrible app. Never received results.
I never got my results. The app seems dead, no new surveys, nothing really going on, no way to request help or ask for another sample.
Cannot login
I have to contact their customer service every time I want to log in because the app won’t work. Worst app I have ever used in my life.
Shame Broken App
The app is broken.
I got all excited about getting the kit today, only to find out that the app is NOT giving me an option to register the tube.
Very disappointed with this government program that is costing the Taxpayers a ton of money. Bet you that Gov. Brown is patting herself on the back for a job well done.

I’d love to log in
Is Medable no longer supporting this app or OHSU’s research? I have the info and spit tube but cannot log in 😢
Hard to rate something you can’t log into

I downloaded the app, and it asked what state I am in - I checked Oregon then it gave me two suggestions for Oregon, neither of which worked - I could not get past this page on my iPhone on my iPad so I deleted the app.
Unable to set up
Hit to the guest page to select state where I live and the app stays there and will not advance. Tried 6 times.
App freezes up on first question
App freezes up on first question; what state. Oregon shows up twice, pick one, it shows up on the entry field and the app is stuck on that page. I did set font to smallest and no bold and yet still doesn’t work.
Login / Password problems - will lose study participants
Like others, I also experienced login / password issues upon returning to the app after the initial login and survey completions. I had no issue first signing up and filling out initial surveys and even filling the app experience survey; however, the app is unusable now and there doesn’t seem to be a regular web experience as a backup. If I could change my app experience survey, I would give it a poor rating.
It’s unfortunate as OHSU/Providence will lose study participants as their app has a broken login/password experience. I’ll get the DNA kit soon, but without the ability to use the app, its all useless. App developer and OHSU/Providence - If you want to keep the study going, test the login password experience, fix the app and email study participants when it’ll work again.

Login issues still persist
Sadly I am having login issues like the others. I entered my correct credentials and it simply doesn’t log me in. When I try to reset the password, the email arrives but when I click the link it just takes me to a Medable web page that shows an animated loading icon in perpetual loop.

Puts user in loop to create a new account only. No feature to go back.

I have reset my password twice and the app still won’t let me log in.

I’m grateful to OHSU for offering this app and study at no cost. I’ve always wanted to know my risk and the spit kit was easy.
