Been using the app for about four days and I’m really impressed and happy with it. Shows me all I need to know to keep tabs on my health. In particularly with stress levels and heart health. If you’re looking for a health app, get this one. You won’t regret it.

So this app I’ve only used for a day so far but it seems amazing, yet it’s way too expensive for a phone app will not be subscribing sadly
Good information
I am enjoying this app. Not meant for medical advice but the insights pick up on days when I have been very lazy and then show improvement in my stats when I exercise and move around. And the daily science facts are fun. I use it every day.
Scam literally advertised
Do not give a company who is literally advertising showing themselves on video putting their fingers on the back of their phones on the camera. They just want your information where they’re making money from this please do not download. Common sense babes

I just got this app and checked what it was saying on my pulse along with checking my own pulse (I have a very high heart rate) and for Everytime the phone would pulse the pulse I was feeling on my neck would bump 3-4 times in between the phone bumps! Doctors get concerned when they see my heart rate I have to tell them it’s fine! So I feel like this isn’t a good app to have to check on your heart rate!🤷🏻♀️

At first glance
UI/UX design is striking. I was able to measure heart rate once until I start a subscription. The insights were limited because of this and would of liked to continue using the software.
Don’t buy into the hype on the IG ads
The app itself is free and they offer a 3 day trial, but they will charge you 6.99 a week for this which, if you don’t watch your bank statement, it will overdraft you. Do not get this app.
