Not functioning

I do not get any benefit from the app. No enhancement of the sound. Wasted money.

We’re sorry the app didn’t help and that you felt you wasted money. Hearing Aid amplifies sound from the iPhone microphone into your headphones — it does not boost Netflix/YouTube or the phone speaker alone. Please try headphones, start a listening session, and use Conversation / EQ. Subscriptions and refunds are handled only by Apple — manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Bad audio

When I start speaking suddenly I get crackle and his hits of the audio signal. Please fix this

Die App verstärkt Umgebungsgeräusche über das iPhone-Mikrofon in deine Kopfhörer. In der nächsten Version werden wir Unterbrechungen auf ein Minimum reduzieren.
