Thanks for the clear bug report — crackle/hiss when you start speaking is not acceptable. We will fix the cracking in the next release. Could you share your iPhone model and headphone type (wired / AirPods / other Bluetooth)? Email visne.business+hearingaid@gmail.com and we’ll follow up.

Danke für dein Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass sich die App nur wie eine Bezahlschranke anfühlt und nicht geholfen hat. Die App verstärkt Umgebungsgeräusche über das iPhone-Mikrofon in deine Kopfhörer. In der nächsten Version werden wir Unterbrechungen auf ein Minimum reduzieren. Unusable
Why do so many developers put out these low effort apps and expect people to shell out... holy crap, $2.50 a week? You expect people to pay $2.50 a week for an app that can’t do the only thing it’s designed to do? Shameful.

Thank you for the detailed review — popping/stuttering from launch is a serious audio bug, and we’re sorry you hit that. We will fix the cracking in the next release. Please share iPhone model + headphone model at visne.business+hearingaid@gmail.com. Subscriptions and refunds are handled only by Apple — manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
