We’re sorry the app didn’t help and that you felt you wasted money. Hearing Aid amplifies sound from the iPhone microphone into your headphones — it does not boost Netflix/YouTube or the phone speaker alone. Please try headphones, start a listening session, and use Conversation / EQ. Subscriptions and refunds are handled only by Apple — manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Thanks for the clear bug report — crackle/hiss when you start speaking is not acceptable. We will fix the cracking in the next release. Could you share your iPhone model and headphone type (wired / AirPods / other Bluetooth)? Email visne.business+hearingaid@gmail.com and we’ll follow up.

Die App verstärkt Umgebungsgeräusche über das iPhone-Mikrofon in deine Kopfhörer. In der nächsten Version werden wir Unterbrechungen auf ein Minimum reduzieren. Why do so many developers put out these low effort apps and expect people to shell out... holy crap, $2.50 a week? You expect people to pay $2.50 a week for an app that can’t do the only thing it’s designed to do? Shameful.

Спасибо за отзыв. Нам жаль, что без оплаты приложение кажется бесполезным. В следующем обновлении мы сведём прерывания к минимуму, чтобы бесплатный режим давал больше реального времени прослушивания. Danke für die 4 Sterne. Die App ist als Hörverstärker über Mikrofon + Kopfhörer gedacht (Gespräche / Umgebung), nicht als Überwachungswerkzeug. AirPods/Bluetooth funktionieren am besten mit aktiver Hörsitzung und Gesprächs-Preset. Bei Fragen: visne.business+hearingaid@gmail.com

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes désolés que vous n’ayez constaté aucune amélioration. L’app amplifie le son du micro iPhone vers vos écouteurs (pas le haut-parleur seul, ni Netflix/YouTube). Essayez avec des écouteurs, démarrez une session, puis Conversation / EQ. Aide: visne.business+hearingaid@gmail.com

Merci pour ces précisions. L’app amplifie le micro vers le casque avec EQ — pas les appels ni le son TV/streaming. Nous clarifions cela à l’onboarding et améliorons la qualité perçue. visne.business+hearingaid@gmail.com

Sorry you had a bad first experience — hearing conversation then delayed processed audio is a latency issue we’re improving. Wired headphones usually have less delay than Bluetooth. If it persists, email visne.business+hearingaid@gmail.com with iPhone + headphone model.
Completely useless
It’s not an intuitive interface either, particularly when nothing works.

No controls and no way to change settings

Thanks for explaining what you needed. You’re right: this app amplifies the microphone into headphones — it cannot EQ Netflix/YouTube/system audio. We’ll make that clearer in the app. For mic-based listening, Conversation preset + headphones is the intended path.
