Hearing good Bluetooth bad

The hearing aids are comfortable and functional. The Bluetooth works on occasion and is virtually unusable. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and never have Bluetooth issues. I have reinstalled the app without success. I don’t read Chinese so support is totally useless.
