Great app, excellent community.

So I just completed the prework and will do final prep for the AB30 this week. Hard to give 5 stars for a community I just joined but so far it’s very encouraging to see other’s journeys and input.

Awesome support
The Heart & Soil community is, simply put, awesome. This community not only instructs the AB30 participant how to have success in eating healthy, but also provides valuable support from a community of leaders and participants who truly want to see each other transform into healthy people. I recommend the Heart & Soil Community to everyone!

The best community out there!
This is without doubt the best community I have had the pleasure to be part of. As a big fan of their organ supplements, such as my favorites, “beef organs”, “colostrum”, and “gut & digestion”, they have this incredible community with the best coaches in the world! They are so kind, generous, and loving people! As well as all the members in the community, with one single goal! Achieving the ultimate health! I totally recommend this community to everyone who is on a journey of being the best human being you can possibly aim to be!
