From a newbie
So I just completed the prework and will do final prep for the AB30 this week. Hard to give 5 stars for a community I just joined but so far it’s very encouraging to see other’s journeys and input.

Awesome support
The Heart & Soil community is, simply put, awesome. This community not only instructs the AB30 participant how to have success in eating healthy, but also provides valuable support from a community of leaders and participants who truly want to see each other transform into healthy people. I recommend the Heart & Soil Community to everyone!

The best community out there!
This is without doubt the best community I have had the pleasure to be part of. As a big fan of their organ supplements, such as my favorites, “beef organs”, “colostrum”, and “gut & digestion”, they have this incredible community with the best coaches in the world! They are so kind, generous, and loving people! As well as all the members in the community, with one single goal! Achieving the ultimate health! I totally recommend this community to everyone who is on a journey of being the best human being you can possibly aim to be!

Challenge of using app
I get very lost moving around the different features of the app. I find it hard to find what I am looking for, example the AB30 challenge and the current step I am on and what actions need to be completed.
Our Tribe
Heart & Soil is more our tribe’s heart and soul. The leaders and members here are the best. Going out of their way to inspire and help us all. Their knowledge is awesome they help us all as a group. If you need individual help, they can do that as well. They are the tops in health for the whole mind, body, and spirit.

Best health community ever!
Not sure how to put it in words but these group of caring and loving people have helped me gain my hope back. So happy and can eat a little more . I have been hungry for a few years now. Food has been my enemy bc of the pain I have experienced when I eat. Heart and soil supplements have helped a ton and being part of these amazing family has provided guidance to continue to recover from a condition that makes it hard to enjoy food, enjoy life. Thank you so much for creating a safe space to learn and grow and not feel alone while in a journey where health is not at 100% .
