Terrible

Dont spend 99cents. It tells you very vague stuff, the tips don't match what a dr would tell you and I downloaded this for more recipe ideas and it has no recipes or list of good foods to eat.

DONT BUY THIS APP

I expected to get some real info on this app. Its nothing i didnt already know and nothing that isnt readily available on line. Theres a link to an "e book" that is the same. Garbage basic info. DONT BUY THIS APP. Total rip off.
