Very helpful

I was diagnosed with high TSH levels. While using this app and researching the condition, I discovered that alcohol consumption can lead to poor deep sleep, which, in turn, can elevate TSH levels. This app can be incredibly helpful in discovering various aspects of your health and assisting you in connecting the dots throughout your health journey.

Thank you for the kind words :-)

Not without purchase

It’s a very cool application but you have to buy the full Version or it’s useless

Looks are deceiving 😟☹️

I had high hopes for this app but they are shot down right away. It took me a long time to get Apple Health to come up with. I will say the app looks pretty but it is only as good as the information that it is given. It does not work with my Apple Ultra watch. Like serious, if you are going to make an iPhone app that focuses on the heart and sleep and other features, you need it to monitor your heart rate to show you the different parts of sleep. But it is only using data that is provided to the Apple Health. So you would need a different app that records the necessary data for themselves in Apple Health. Then after the one Apps stores it to Apple health. Then Cardiobyte will pull that information from the Apple Health App. So there is no real time data being received from Apple Watch. So WHY BUY A HEART RELATED HEALTH APP THAT DOESN’T PULL REAL TIME HEART RELATED DATA FROM A DEVICE THAT WILL GIVE THEM THAT DATA LIKE AN APPLE WATCH OR ANOTHER WATCH.
