iPhone 16 Pro
Having a hard time getting this app to work with the iPhone 16 pro. It will not register that the camera is covered when using as shown in the directions
Heart rate pro
Just purchased this and it keeps telling me no camera. Doesn’t say how to rectify this ?
I used the first heart rate monitor and found it useful. Can’t use that now as pro as taken over and keep telling me no camera think I have just wasted my money. As I can’t contact anyone though the app. Disappointed I have only rated one star as it would not let me send unless I rated this app but I would not have rated it at all.

App worked great with my iphone X, won’t work at all with new iphone 16

I was skeptical how accurate this app was going to be but now that I’ve been using it for about a month and have compared it the standard wearable BP monitors I can honestly say that this app was within only 2-3 points different. #PERFECTION

Doesn’t work with iPhone 16 pro max
Used to work great with my previous iPhone. Upgraded to Pro Max and it stopped working.
It charged me it said it was Free.
When I didn’t know I spent 19.99 for it was really basic. Which I tend to like. But it’s not set up for really anything but a heart rate reading.

There is serious issues using this app.
The light source LED is on full intensity! The temperature of the light is too high. BURNS!!
Be warned, Black or brown skin people, this app doesn’t work reliably! Issue with sensitivity!!
