I didn’t know that the app had any data since I had installed it. Each time I had checked it, it wasn’t showing anything until today after I checked it today. So now I have an idea of what information it’s using.
Absolute scam
They have just taken 29.99 from my bank and I can't cancel subs until I've paid another £89 ! Bank contacted. They state it's within the terms. Taking daily screenshots and logging activity isn't a fair term though. Or, having to pay a further 89 until I can cancel. Which in my country, matters. I won't be changing my review. People will judge for themselves.

Totally misleading
Watch out for this mob! I made the mistake of clicking, because the ad mentioned capacity to track blood glucose. A trial costing $9.99 somehow morphed into a three month subscription for $99.99, and I didn’t notice the switch in time. Money gone from my account before I could say Jack Robinson. I cancelled immediately and asked for a refund of $90.00. Guess what? They were unable to do this. And guess what? No capacity to measure blood glucose! Well I was the sucker, but you don’t need to be.

Can’t get through to customer service
I’m trying to cancel my subscription, but can’t get through to customer service with the phone number that they have provided.
The company continued to charge me for this month, even though I asked to be canceled! They sent me a response with the email address but it was the same one that I had used previously a few hours later they continued to charge my credit card. This is predatory, and I will complain to the Better Business Bureau and to the Apple Store

My debit card was charged for this app that I have never used or even heard of. Had to contact my bank and report FRAUD. Do not download this app.

Please be careful with app. I am having problems cancelling my subscription. I am unable to access my account information from the app to cancel from there. Then, when trying to log into my account with my email address it’s saying it doesn’t recognise my email address.
At the moment it’s not possible to cancel.

As stated above I was a s still are unable to access my account detail in the app. This elongated the process of cancellation. I proceeded with the contact email address but this a process that takes time.
Because of this situation a charge was made against my card.
I have requested a refund and we will see what response I get.
