Refusing to refund my charges

I downloaded the app in the beginning of August. Never used it…on August 13th I asked for them to cancel my subscription. They emailed me back stating it was cancelled. 3 days later I was charged. I emailed again a screenshot of the charges. Was told that the charges were refunded and they refunded it to someone else’s card as the last 4 digits they supplied in the email didn’t match mine. I emailed them and said wrong card and supplied them with my last 4 and was emailed again stating the refund was submitted and the subscription was cancelled. Well 4 days later and still no refund. Now I’m disputing it with my bank.

It is a rip off don’t use

5 Stars. Would recommend

I love this app, though it takes a minute to figure out how to navigate it. Once you got that down though it’s awesome and it’s helped me figure out how to pace myself and keep my stress level down.

Wasn’t for me

Download the app of seeing it I thought it’d be quite cute for my pregnancy. However, once I got the app, it didn’t make any sense. I didn’t like the look out of it as my dyslexia made it hard to understand.

Downloaded it weeks ago and literally under Delete it on the same day, however it has took money from my bank without my notification and I’m not happy

I canceled my subscription effective April 1 that I never even used and I am still getting charged. I cannot seem to get you to stop. Next stop is calling bank and filing fraud charges. Don’t do not load the app.

Very handy app to have. I have to check my blood pressure often and this is easier than carrying a device with me at all times
