Why?
Why have you removed the ability take BP via a facial scan. It was a godsend to me as I suffer from white coat syndrome. It made my life just perfect!

This app is so easy to use, good interface, it encourages people to check their heart rate more often. This is my favourite app on my phone.

I just turned 40 and I’ve been doing my best to stay fit, healthy, doing lifestyle changes etc etc. I found Heartery via Apps Gone Free and decided “Mmk, wouldn’t hurt to keep track of my BP”.
The app uses AI to scan your face, it’s AI superpowers is able to read your heart rate and BP just by scan. Kept track of my numbers but remained skeptical because AI.
I received a physical device from my girlfriend after mentioning I wanted one, compared numbers for both machine and Heartery app, scary accurate. I’m a believer, so if you’re on the fence about spending some cash on this app yes it’s worth it. What I also like is my data is transferred over to my Health app, where I keep track of everything.

I rarely write reviews. Primarily for 2 reasons. 1. I get prompted as soon as I open a new app, before ever using it or, 2 by the time I actually use the app I forget to do a review. In truth, I have finished setting up this app, but as I went through the set up I had questions. I submitted an email with my question and went back to work. 8 hours later I went to my secondary email to see if there was a response, didn’t see any. kept scrolling down and the response from the developer was right there with the answer. Great service response. Btw, the answer was
“Hi, this is Leo from Heartery. We have developed universal pairing with all blood pressure monitors that have Bluetooth. Apple is reviewing it now, they told us it may take up to a month :( we will turn it on as soon as an ok from Apple.”
So if you bought the app, things will be getting even better soon.

Something went wrong with your device
Really? I saw your App on AppAdvice and decided to try it as I am hypertensive. I DL'd and installed the App and have to create an account before a test drive? Why? These introductions make me nervous about privacy, especially when the App preferentially wants to use my Apple ID for logging in. I decided to proceed by using a little used but valid email address. Your App responded with: "Something went wrong with your device. Please try again later." Nothing is wrong with my device (iPhone7 iOS 15.8.3, 100gb free), I'm here writing this aren't I? Looks like you need more developing. And consider allowing a test drive before creating an account. BTW, is an Internet connection required to actually use your App or can it fully function off line? You don't mention this important information in the description.

Scan Greatness
I really like the face scan feature and find it quite accurate, the results are pretty in line with the apps requiring your index finger on the flash light. It has become my go to app for any blood pressure concerns that don't require medical attention. A big thank you to the developers and I wish you a lot of success.

Face scan removed?!
I got the lifetime subscription primarily for the ability to be able to get my blood pressure reading from the face scan without having to carry around the large blood pressure monitoring cuff. Why would you take that away and not even make mention of it in the release notes for the latest version? Bad decision!

Absolutely fantastic app
The ability to take blood pressure from a live image is quite incredible but having tested along side a standard cuff it seems to be incredibly accurate.
This makes taking readings very easy and means I can take them sporadically to keep a check on things.
Really glad this was brought back to the app and I’d recommended to anyone who wants to take trustworthy readings without a cuff

GREAT Health Saving Tool
I am a 67 yr old widow living alone and this tool was the push I needed to go to the ER recently. I was diagnosed with Acute Bronchitis which had developed from long untreated allergies. I thought I could tough it out but Heartery helped me to see that my system was really off and struggling. I lit doesn’t replace a doctor but it is a great health advocate. Thank you!
