Great 😊 but needs improvement

I’m having trouble with creating an account. Would be nice 😊 to create an account with using my Apple ID pin 📍 or password because otherwise I can’t get past the first screen 📺 and it’s not working properly

Won’t let me create an account

I’d love to have tried this app because it sounds like it would be quite useful. However, after several attempts and trouble shooting I gave up as it would not allow me to even create an account. Sad face.

Best App! 🌿

I use this for bible journaling and I highly recommend this lovely app! I would love to sponsor them soon on my Instagram. Love they stick to Godly principles and great bible verses 😊

Logging out concern

If I were to log out of my heartguard account, will my journal entries still be there when I log back in?

Response from developer

Have you tried a password reset? If your email was used due to someone else misspelling theirs it will send the password reset email to you. If you still have problems send an email to: info@heartguardjournal.com and we can get everything reset on this end. Thank You, The HeartGuard Team

Help!

Won’t let me create an account. Lets me push the button but doesn’t load, button just become pushable again in 3 seconds. The app support page has no support, no way of contacting anyone; just info on what the app does.

HGJ Lead Developer Boundless Brain Solutions, LLC --------- Original Response is Below --------------------- Hi Sqep. Thank you for letting us know about this issue. It would seem one of our devs made a little spelling mistake that created the issue. We have corrected the issue and a new version (V1.0.8) should be available in the app store shortly once apple completes it's review. We hope that after the update you'll give HeartGuard Journal a try. So keep watch for the app store update to version 1.0.8. Thank you, Anton G. HGJ Lead Developer Boundless Brain Solutions, LLC
