Great Mobile App

Many negative reviews are from several years ago, but as of 2020, the app is greatly improved!

The interface is clean and easy to use. I can easily access my accounts and get the information I need without much effort. I don’t have any issue signing in, either.

Login issues

This app and website is very frustrating me. I can not even logging into my personal devices. My username and password are correct and I had changed passwords several times.

This bank need to do something about it. Otherwise, Heartland Bank will lose their customers. I’m thinking to switching banks. Finding bank(s) that is more friendly. This bank is wasting my time. I’m very disappointed of this heartland Banks services. I can’t trust this banks. Sorry and I’m speaking from my heart.

Cannot even sign in with. Yes user name and password are correct, I can sign in with a browser.
