Charges
I’ve been with you for 30+ years. It’s pretty sad when you use to be for the customers. But now we get charged 31.40 for a two pack of checks. It seems since you have expanded, we are smaller. It’s sad what it has come to🙁
Crashes all the time
This app crashes every time I use it. I will log into my account and while looking up say, my checking account, the app will log me out. I have to log back in. Otherwise, I feel this app is great.

Great except
The app is almost perfect. The only issue is putting in my password. Almost every time I have to put it in twice even if I type it correctly. That is a nuisance.
Haven Branch
You need something in Haven. It takes 20/25 minutes for a simple deposit. Never the same people. It’s a revolving door. New Branch Manager always on the computer, the teller is New and definitely on the struggle bus. Friendly, yes but sometimes soooo stressed the smile is not there.
Bad
We had this bank for years but for some reason it keeps giving us false amount of money. It says we have available money and then it turns out we are actually in the negatives. This has been happening for almost a month.
Newton branch is number one
We have had our accounts with Hutchison credit Union in Newton for decades. Every single person we’ve worked with over the years has been top-notch. Today, I am pleased to honor, Gretchen and Lauren, who our family have come to love. We see them in the community and they recognize us and greet us by name. I have had five family members with accounts in Newton. We have the highest level of trust and admiration for them all. I highly recommend them.

Been with HCU since my mother joined me up in the 70’s. They have never let us down! Checking, car loans, home loans, we’ve always found great products and services from HCU!
Only way to fly
My banker in Iowa said that when you move to Wichita. Find a credit union. I’ve found HCU to be everything I’ve needed since July 2005. Personal touch, real people.
Make a payment
I have the Heartland Credit Union App. on my phone.. I have a loan from HCU for my truck payment there… can I make a loan payment by using the App? NO! You have to have a checking account with them to make a payment, unless you want to pay a service charge of $7.00! No Thank you! This is 2023! I bank at a different bank… it would be simple to give you my account number and routing number! You need to update your policies! Why make it so hard to make a stinking payment??!
