Great app
One of the best one stop shop apps I’ve seen for drivers and this is as someone who has worked for other mega carriers who have incredibly clunky apps. Hardly any glitches, just so easy to use and extremely intuitive. An absolute tool of necessity for the fleet

Like another driver said in an earlier review. You don’t need to track me when I’m not on the clock or not using the app. You don’t pay for this phone service . And it is horrible on battery

My only complaint is the continuous demand for tracking. You can’t just set it to when using the app or never the drain on my phones battery is horrendous. Heartland doesn’t need to know where I am every second of my life. It’s an invasion into my life and a reason not to use the app at all.

No more user friendly than the peoplenet now that it locks down when moving.

This app is very invasive. I have read everything on their policy’s and they basically can access everything about you . It is a unsafe app and I’m extremely disappointed.

App is great
Use it for accepting load and scanning them. Is easy and quick. Comes in real handy while on home time. Able to communicate with DM and see all current company communications. Knowing what to expect when I get back to work is a big plus.
Drop/hook macro
We need a proper drop hook macro by load number AND trailer numbers. We also need a proper relay macro with load number AND trailer numbers.

The app works most of the time... which is the only problem I have. I love everything else on the app, get to view your pay before you get the email but it has to be after 10am est. View your insurance and all
Efficiency for mobile use
Speed limit (for restricted use) should be set at 10 mph, purely for the sake of reading time sensitive information. It’s more dangerous to egress and ingress a public roadway as is currently necessary via the frequency of mobile app use. The Probability Ratio for traffic collisions is much higher (i.e. lane changing, exiting and entering roadways, merging with traffic) as is governed by the current speed restrictions placed on the mobile app, for functioning. 5 mph is too slow for disabling.
