About
**Heartlog — Share what's in your heart.**
A cozy social space for sharing the small thoughts, feelings, and moments that make us human.
Every day, Heartlog asks a simple question. Answer it honestly, then discover how people around the world answered the same question. You might recognise yourself in someone else's story, discover a perspective you hadn't considered, or simply enjoy a glimpse into someone else's life.
Because sometimes we're surrounded by people and still wonder if anyone else feels the way we do.
### What you can do
• Answer gentle questions about your life, thoughts, feelings, memories, and everyday experiences.
• Discover honest answers from people around the world and see the unexpected things we have in common.
• Leave thoughtful messages and let someone know they're not alone.
• Grow your frog and garden as you share and discover more moments.
• Slow down, be curious about other people, and notice the little things that connect us.
Heartlog isn't about having a perfect life or performing one for others.
It's about the little moments of recognition that happen when someone shares something sincere and you realise:
**"Oh. Someone else feels this too."**
We can never completely know what it's like to be another person. But we can give each other glimpses.
Every question is an invitation to share one of those glimpses—and every answer is an opportunity to discover that the inner world you thought was yours alone is often shared by someone else.
**Share what's in your heart. Find the people who get it.**
Heartlog is an early-stage project and will continue to evolve through community feedback.
Heartlog is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
