This app is fun but the support is very lacking. I have purchased this app and still have a trail period access only. It feels like a lack of support and do not feel like paying again for the same results. Find it very unfortunate for other people I see in the reviews having the same problem with no solution. Just a waste of money in the end.

Not a bad start but needs more work
Interesting to play around with and fun for ‘doodling with creative accidents’ but needs a lot more work before it can replace other well established professional tools. It could be useful for some people, also it does have some innovative features that some may like to explore.
So much potential…
This has to be one of the worst UI’s ever. Took me half an hour to figure out where to import an image and couldn’t even import anything. This is giving me a serious headache. The brushes are really interesting and I wish I could use this but it’s actually impossible. The color selection can also be improved on. Please make this a usable app.

No more update
There are no more updates; the author of the application hasn't taken care of it for a year. I feel like I bought a product that the author has abandoned. It seems he decided to develop a web version that is nicer to use and more up-to-date, but surprise, it's now a subscription. So I bought something that is no longer updated, and if I want the latest features, I have to pay for a web version? Maybe the author has good reasons, and I don't have all the information, but I still find it sad to abandon the people who thought they would get a more or less regularly updated version after purchasing the application...

Crashes alot
Please fix this app. If possible i would love to go back to version v1 or the 2020-21 ui back with the Ui more was barebones. Or give us the Webbypaint UI. Even the Webbypaint Ui is better. Speaking of, it seems like the mobile version has be abandoned for Webby

Im a longtime heavy paint user (i have the paid mobile and desktop version) and oh man the app now crashes alot and im constantly loosing work. Update as of Jan 3 2023: im now facing an issue where my cavas resize is no longer working and the app crashes when switching to prev drawings. I really miss being able to draw with heavypaint 🥹

Fun, but image gets corrupted?
This program is really fun and really pushes you to work differently, especially without a lasso moving feature or redo button. It's a good in between of traditional and digital art. However, I keep having a problem where the image seems to get corrupted? It's as if every few minutes creates a new layer on the canvas and occasionally those separate layers move around, distorting your work. It's strange and I can't find a way to fix it, so I just have to redo what I was working on. I'm not sure what causes it either. I would love a patch before my 31 day free trial uses up, but I doubt that'll happen, haha. Great potential, just some very frustrating bugs. UI could be smaller or perhaps collapsible as you kinda have to push the canvas down pretty far on your screen to see it.

I used to love this app but it is now unusable
I wish the creator would actually focus on this app. This used to be my absolute favorite app but now the ui is in such a sorry state that I can’t even resize my canvas

It seems the developer has abandoned this app and would rather polish the browser based version which has a monthly subscription. What a scam.

I know this app is like really good and artists I admire use it but bro the mobile UI is actually terrible please fix it 😭 you can’t even see the canvas when you have most things activated, just make them smaller please 🙏
Also it’s hard to understand how to save/ export drawings, I assume it’s more comprehensive on tablet so maybe put some more time into the mobile version? It seems like it’s a beta and maybe should be restricted to only tablet. And if there are ways to make the ui smaller (besides removing them, I have looked in the settings.) please make them easier to find. Thank you. 😇

Awful UI
UI is abysmal, very buggy and the undo button takes multiple taps to actually work, zoom is very buggy and messes up the canvas. Awful.

Possible scam/Fraudulent app
CURRENTLY don’t pay for this app at all, I’ve already bought the app and have owned it for months but now I open it today to find out I’m back on the 31 day trial? No. Developer you need to fix this now or be at risk of having your apps and account banned from the appl App Store. I dmed you on Twitter and will wait 24 hours before I send my full report to apple with receipts and back my side of the factual information. Thank you. love the app but don’t liked being scammed.

Great BUT the UI/UX is pain
I love HEAVYPAINT, I do. I use it for all my digital paintings. I truly learned how to color better using it. But PLEASE can the developer stay consistent with the ui/ux. I’m constantly afraid to update because I know literally everything I just got used to using will be changed again. It’s so not intuitive, and is such a pain to use sometimes when all I want to do it paint. Please just pick something and stick to it oh my god it is such a pain to deal with every time.
