About

Heftor is the workout log for people who train at a gym. Finish a set, open Heftor, type the weight and the reps. Your session saves as you go, and every number you enter turns into a history you can use: personal records per exercise, monthly totals, and a calendar of the days you showed up. RECORD THE SET, NOT JUST THE WORKOUT Weight and reps set by set, with an estimated 1RM shown as you type. Mark a set as a warm-up or a failure, add partial reps, assisted reps, a resistance band or a drop set. Exercises can also be measured by time and distance, or by minutes and seconds. Add a note to an exercise, a note to the session, and up to five photos. Set the date, start time and end time on a fast numeric keypad. Record whether it was a gym session — and which trainer was with you — or solo practice at one of your own training locations. FASTER THAN A NOTEBOOK "Copy last time" pulls in your previous session for that exercise in one tap. "Last +2.5 kg" and "Last +1 rep" step you up by the increment you chose for that exercise. Recent notes come back as one-tap suggestions. Everything autosaves while you edit. SEE THE PROGRESS The summary screen shows this month's sessions, total volume, training days and the personal records you set, each against last month — and opens into a twelve-month breakdown. Every exercise keeps its own records: max weight, max reps, max volume and estimated 1RM, with the date each was achieved, followed by the full set-by-set history. The calendar marks every day you trained and tells you how long it has been since you last worked each muscle group. Tap an empty day to log a session for that date. YOUR PHOTOS Attach photos to any session and browse them all in one gallery. Crop, rotate, and finish them with 18 filters and adjustments for brightness, contrast, saturation, warmth, grain and vignette. Save any photo back to your device. SHARE IT, OR EXPORT IT Generate a share card image of a session — total volume, sets, estimated 1RM — and send it through the share sheet or straight to X, LINE, Threads or Facebook. Or have your complete workout history emailed to you as a CSV file. MADE TO FIT YOU Twelve colour themes in dark and light, five text sizes, Japanese and English (or follow your device). Pick the 1RM formula you trust — Epley, Brzycki, Lombardi, Mayhew, O'Conner or Wathan. Set the kg or lbs label, the first day of the week, your default session length and start-time rounding. Add your own exercises, hide the ones you never use, and set a weight step per exercise. THE NAME Heftor is heft (to lift, and the weight you feel in your hands) plus -or, the ending of mentor and tutor — the one who stays beside you. The character in the icon is Bell, a kettlebell-shaped companion who tags along quietly. Make today's set count. CONNECTED TO YOUR GYM Heftor is provided through your gym. The gym curates the exercise list, its trainers appear on your sessions, and staff can record or correct a session on your behalf — it appears in your history straight away. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD Heftor requires an account issued by a participating gym. You cannot create a standalone account and use the app on its own: your gym invites you, or opens sign-up for its own members. If your gym does not use Heftor, the app will have nothing to show you — please check with your gym first. An internet connection is required.
