I’m so incredibly pleased with Heidi. So easy to use and generate properly formatted psychiatry notes in minutes, ready before you’re back to your office after the consultation.
I’m happy that it doesn’t store audio recordings for confidentiality and data safety reasons and before I purchased it, I was reassured by the facts that Heidi Health is compliant with the NHS Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC). It completes the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) and follows risk-analysis guidelines.

404 error
App doesn’t work on iPad or iMac application. After login I’m brought to the 404 screen. It does work on IPhone though.
Easy to use
Very accurate transcription despite having accents or patients speaking a different language. It translates to English which is very cool.

Finally Fixed Battery Drain Issue
Previous versions of this app very quickly drained my battery, but it’s finally fixed after months of issues! To be fair, the Data section of DAP notes is still often way too long, but by and large, this is still a wonderful tool!

Hi, thanks for sticking with Heidi all these months. It means a lot and a quick update for you. The fix is now live. Our latest update is out and should reach you soon if it hasn't already. Once you're on it, the locked-screen-airplane-mode scenario you described should drain a tiny fraction of what it was, and your phone shouldn't be running uncomfortably hot during recordings anymore.
