Приложение не даёт засыпать телефону, поэтому в конце сеанса выгружайте его принудительно, иначе за ночь получите минус 60-70% батареи. Разработчик написал, что «у приложения включён режим background audio, чтобы его можно было использовать с другими аудио-приложениями, поэтому система не усыпляет его автоматически».

Good app, but…
On the iPad version, there is no way to save a .helio file, despite the fact that it creates a 0kb .helio file on song creation. While customizing instruments in the orchestra pit, a lot of times when I try to add some effects, the app immediately crashes. On the page where you create projects, it has a list of projects recently worked on, but when you click on those projects, it disappears from the list, and adds an empty item to the studio menu and deletes the project with no undo.

Long way to go
Issues arise when:
Attempting to load Soundfonts for custom music production. This manifests as, often, no sound being played despite the Soundfonts being chosen and their operability.
Returning to a project, in the form of a giant X appearing instead of any form of initialization.
Areas for improvement can be seen when:
Wanting to record or import sounds from external sources falling outside of MIDI. This could circumvent a reliance on Soundfonts, when fixed.
These three things would place Helio far ahead of several options available on the App Store.

Pretty cool
Aside from the crashes (probably just an issue on my end) and the few missing features, this really is an impressive piece of application. I don’t know what else to say.
This deserves more attention, but one major thing
It’s great, really good. But whenever I load a relatively small-ish sound-font (sf2, 149mb) it crashes for some reason, but this is the only HQ sound-font I could find below 200mb, pls fix it
