Missing key features
Not a bad app over all but missing some pretty important stuff. If you have multiple or even just one hotspot not being notified when it goes off line is a missed opportunity.
I get all the duplicative marketing notifications popping up across my Helium apps but when a device that's making me money goes offline there's no way to know unless I actually happen to check the app for whatever reason. Would be easy to add and I'm surprised it's not there yet tbh.

Bugfix
Your app gets worse after every “bugfix” it no longer works for me I can’t even check on the health of my outdoor WiFi antenna

Can’t get my mobile out
Trying to get my mobile out to my Coinbase account but always fails to send to any other wallet. It’s stuck in the app and cannot move.
It’s been two months, no rewards
Okay guys, what’s up with this thing? I only mined about a quarter of what I paid for the device and for two months now, no support, no rewards. Is there anyway I can return this under warranty and get a new one?

Disappointed to say the least
I’m writing this review only to inform the developer team that their devices do not work properly.
The initial installation was easy and for about a month I was earning rewards, now it’s just plugged in stealing electricity.
I’ve tried everything from the reboot process, reset process, disconnecting and reconnecting the Ethernet cable, nothing is working correctly and I am not receiving any rewards.
I’m not sure if there was a new update that I have to manually install or what but there is no point buying the hotspots until they start providing some real support for those who enjoy the mining process.
Also opening up a support ticket is not easy, as they suggest on the website.

This company is amazing. All of my issues get resolved within a matter of days no matter how complex. Ignore the reviews from other folks who don’t understand how to open Support tickets and do basic diagnostics with their products.

Can’t assert location.. Hoping there will be a quick fix?
People who ordered the latest promo are having issues onboarding because they can’t assert the location. Are engineers working on a fix? Thanks Helium team
Update new location
It seems that when I try to change the location from east to west or north to south, the degrees don't update correctly. For example, if you're at 30° and you want to change it to 60°, it doesn't work; it stays at the original degree.
Helium outdoor hotspot
It was an easy setup I connected it to my wallet and it started earring from day one I’ve had it for 4 days so far I can see a good return on this I’m able to clearly see the status and the reward get updated on a daily basis highly recommended!!
Cannot claim rewards
After loading for 2+ min, the transaction fails and I cannot claim my rewards.
Claiming Issues
I haven't been able to claim my earnings for weeks now and constant issues with hotspot performance and earnings taking forever to load.
Helium works but..
Today and yesterday the app has been pretty buggy for ex today i had my account balance not show at all. Also can we get at least two chance two update our possessions before you charge extra. Idea and concept is great let’s be hopeful for the app.
