Great App for Tracking Your Devices
I love the app ease of use and useful features to track almost in real time your rewards, connection status, heart beats, transaction activities, just to name a few.
It just needs a minor update to correct false status reading to immediately detect when a device has gone or been offline due to no activity within x hrs or time frame. I noticed this feature is not accurate.
Two of my devices went offline for a bit over 4 days. The app kept showing they were online. It even allowed me to pinged without a reply the devices during this period. But, I didn’t get a positive or negative heartbeat at all or any kind of warnings or alerts to indicate my devices needed attention.
For troubleshooting purposes, It would be nice to add this feature so we can get notified when a device needs attention due to lack of heartbeat, activities, stalling, or block too high within last 24 hours.
Other than this, the app has been working excellent without crashing at all. Also, I love the super affordable subscription for under $10 a month, which allows me to manage up to 15 devices.

Thanks for your feedback. In the past days we had some issues with our blockchain Server that lead to wrong information about online status of hotspots. We have just installed a second one so hopefully you will be informed correctly in the Future. Kind regards, Your heliumtracker.io Team
Not impressed.
Need to register by email. Received email for registration one day later! Paid for… and activated next day. Neighborhood did not work for me. Nice first screen but that’s it.
