Unable to connect camera to app. App says DR820 but description is for DR760? Is the app updated for iOS 18?

This app titled hella dvr Dr 820. But description is can work with hella dvr dr 760. I’m using iPhone. Is that the reason why it can’t connect?

App is not working and unable to click any button on the screen when wifi is connected. Please look into updating the app asap.
Not reliable
very unreliable. Even connected to Wifi, the app will keep failing to register ios device. Try another say it may work. Forget about this during emergency if your luck is not with you!
