PayPal payment is broken
Unable to add money to the wallet through PayPal. After logging in, the uI is blank and unable to proceed
Works Well
Once the app is setup, it’s painless to scan the QR code on the charger to begin charging. My suggestions would be to have some instructions on the charger as to which app you should install. Additionally, using PayPal and forcing customers to pay the PayPal fees is a little cumbersome. Why not raise charging prices slightly to cover credit card fees and then offer an automatic reload function with a saved credit card?

Can’t use
This is the worst charging system. Took my money but never useable.
Wallet fees
The only way to add money to your wallet is through PayPal and they charge 2.9%.
Not reliable
I have been using plugzio for a while as it has been installed in our apartment by strata. Unfortunately it is a flawed app.
1. It is hard to refill your account and it cannot directly process your credit card. Every time I have to put my credit info from scratch, then it goes through paypal and charges 6 percent transaction fee which is pretty steep.
2. Then they have a very weird payment model, they charge you for whatever time the car is plugged no matter how much you charge. Their plug gave me 0 kwh in 3 hours and still they charged me. The same if you let your car stay a little bit over they would charge you and wont automatically stop when charging is done.
