Game stole my money
I’m honestly pretty upset because I love playing this game but it’s so hard to get gems so I decided to try and buy some gems so I can hire more workers and upgrade my stuff I spent over $25 to different times to buy gems and each time I did it charged my account and I never got one gem and I tried to contact customer support. No one reached out please don’t try and buy stuff on this app they will steal your money!!!!!!!!😡

Do NOT GIVE THIS GAME MONEY
I just tried to buy 30 days of germs and a whole day of hearts, and neither one of them worked, and they just charged me. Do not give them your money! I tried to use the customer service button and nothing happened. This game only gives you 5 hearts and it takes 20 minutes to revive each of them. So unless you want to spend real money on this game( if it worked) I wouldn’t recommend getting it.

Gems Purchased Not Received
I liked this game, BUT I purchased gems that are never given to me! I have 30 gems and wanted more to hire more servers, but when I bought them, although the money definitely was debited from my account, the gems never uploaded so I still only have 30 gems. 😡 I also tried buying more hearts/lives a couple of times, but I never get them. I definitely won’t spend money on this app again!

Ridiculous situation
So the game is fun on its own but it has issues like an energy system and all that, but the big issue is how it just blocks off progression unless you either pay money, or grind forever. Except the MTX doesn’t work, it just loads forever, but people are reporting that it will still charge your account. This is a ridiculous issue, and absolutely unacceptable. I don’t care that the game is like, a billion years old, this needs fixing

I love the game but when i paid to get 20 gems, i didnt get the gems nor the free cinnamoroll. I check my apple id for if i can refund the money and it says pending. I’ve refreshed the game four times. I’ve even played a few games to see if it worked, still nothing. I’d either like a refund or my gems.

so when i was looking at the game first time it was good nothing weird happened so i went to the reviews to see what people thought and it wasn’t great so don’t continue the download if it does something weird.

Hi, I love this game so much in general, but I would like the game to reward more gems since they are much more useful than coins. For free gifts, they should give them more aside from coins and power ups. I also hope that this game NEEDS a major update although the last time it was updated was 5 years ago. Does game center also save your progress?

Fun game but don’t purchase anything.
We all love Hello Kitty which is why we downloaded the game but beware there is no customer service and unfortunately if you try to buy something it will just keep loading and not give you the items you paid for. So if you can play without buying anything then have fun like I do. Lucky for me I only purchased a $2.99 pack. But I’m sure others tried to buy more. So sad.

Buggy But Good
Do not buy any items with real money in this game as it doesnt seem to work . Also if the game keeps freezing then it should work on airplane mode WITH WIFI OFF this game is super cute and a bit of a challenge(which i like) i played it when i was younger and happy to come back too it
Nice game but Technical issue
I love this game a lot however when I go to buy gems or coins it goes through on my credit card but not on my game . So it’s just eating up my money. I don’t like that it’s taking my hard earned money and I get nothing in return I’m not sure if it’s a technical issue or not but I just want my coins and gems please help !

Purchase didn’t work
This game is great! I tried to purchase gems, but it didn’t work. Apple said my purchase was successful, but the game didn’t give me my gems and Cinnamoroll. I’ll still be playing this game, but not buying anything anymore :)

A scam‼️‼️
I like hello kitty and i thought this was gonna be such a cute game but it has issues that need fixing. It has a lot of technical issues. I tried logging into my facebook account and it wouldn’t let me. I also tried buying gems & coins and it was having issues. It got stuck on the loading screen, but the payment went through and charged my card. HOWEVER, I didn’t get any of my gems!!!! It scammed me and when i tried to click on customer service to report it, nothing popped up!! I hope you fix this soon‼️

I spent a total of about $9 to get lives and gems. I was charged, checked my bank and the money was taken from me, but I didn’t receive anything I paid for. I’m really disappointed because I love this game. Please fix.

I really loved this game at first but having to wait for my lives to come back got annoying so I tried to buy a one day infinite lives and the purchase went through but I never received it… like I said I really wish I could love this game but I wish I had read the reviews before I spent money on it.

Fun at first, but it’s a scam
I’ve been playing this game for about a month, it was a lot of fun at first. I love Sanrio and I love cooking/cafe games. I made a lot of progress in the game, just to have to all taken. I only gave this app 1 star because I adore hello kitty & enjoy the game itself. However, there isn’t a time where I play that I don’t have any technical issues smh I’m sure you can imagine how frustrating that is . 1st off , it will not allow me to login to Facebook whatsoever; whether it’s to add friends , view the community , or sync my account . This makes it more difficult to gain progress with the game . It also won’t allow me to purchase ANYTHING from the store doesn’t matter if it’s coins , gems or lives . Sometimes it’ll send the notification that the purchase was successful and even withdraw money from my account but I STILL don’t receive the item I was paid for . It goes without saying that not only is that unfair but it also seems like a scam , that’s definitely stealing when my money is taken from me and I don’t receive the service or item i paid for 😠 i took screenshots shots of all error messages, the withdrawals , and my game not loading what I purchased . This is a serious matter so I am hoping to hear from a customer service representative ASAP
