Too expensive and slow pace
This game is way too expensive and not friendly towards free to play users. I gave up on the game when I found out you cannot trade if you only have 1 copy of an item.
And you would have to spend $80 just to see if you can get one of the sweet collection items. That's way to expensive for a game that doesn't really much to do. There's not really any social apsects of the game besides the "community forums." but you have to reach lvl 15- leveling up takes forever on here as well. I spent like around $30 or $40 on the game in total and I still don't really have any items I like or that's "Meta." highly sought after. I love hello kitty, but you're better off playing a different game than this. It's too expensive for what it has to offer.

I love playing this game a lot it’s a very cute game that you can enjoy playing with your Sanrio friends! But… there is one issue for me every time I join in and start playing it feels like half to even 3/4 of the time im playing it’s just loading

Some problems
This apps very cute and makes sure to add in MANY of the Sanrio characters, the only problem I have is that it took 8 GB of my storage because of this my storage became full, broke the app and managed to log me out. I sadly couldn’t remember how I had signed in and lost all my progress! Don’t play this if your storage is already struggling <3

I don't think this app is terrible but I also don't think its perfect buts it's ok, the quality is nice, and the happy bags are good too! I give this a 3/5 stars!

Not a bot! Real player please read
So I have been playing this game for over a year now ever since one of my old friends introduced me to it! It was great and always has been, I had took a long break recently and when I came back everything seemed normal. I had been playing again for a few days until I tried to apply for one of those jobs in Smile Works. The app IMMEDIATELY closed out, even the tab. It closed everything out. When I reopened the app I tried to do it again and it did the same thing. I went to the App Store to make sure there were no new updates and there wasn’t! I gave it a day or two and it’s still doing this! Please try to find that problem or I might take another break from the game because that was a very entertaining part of it!! I get there are TONS of other things to do in this app so that’s the only reason I took off a star, if this problem didn’t occur it would be five stars.

The first load takes FOREVER!!!
I just started the game a few days ago and I still remember the first load takes up so much of your time but other than that everything else is ok:)
Does not work on iPad
I couldn’t even get to playing the game because the screen was set in an odd, off centre way that I couldn’t change and whenever I’d try to set the language to English the buttons wouldn’t work no matter how many times I pressed them.

First of all, let me say that this is a really cute game. However, I wish that you would reissue Happy Bags more often and maybe even add some of the great stuff that's exclusive to the Japanese server.
Not letting me in
Hey, I'm a player in the game and I just updated the game recently. I tried to log into the game today I kept getting kicked out, page not found screen, or a room info not found. I tried to power off my phone and turning it back on, reseting my phone, and even deleteing the app but still nothing. Can you fix it please my character's name is Rose btw. Pointless “game”
Can barely be called a “game.” It’s actually more like a glorified slots machine coated in Sanrio paint. The entire “game” mainly revolves around a terrible, unfun grind of just pressing a button to get a measly amount of currency. After that, you can save up currency for 1000 years or spend an amount of money akin to the cumulative cost of how much your brain and heart are worth in order to gamble for useless stuff. Absolutely don’t waste your time with this. Please.
