Too many updates. So annoying and they are slow to download.
Update: thank you for the canned response, I also want to say that the pop ups at the opening of the game is far too much. Stop it. If we wanted to know we would check the area in the game responsible for updates. It breaks the game.

This game is very fun! I definitely recommend it to all ages, it’s just the perfect game for a little puzzle!

Super cute game that’s interactive and always has something new for players, adorable designs per character and a long gameplay so it’ll always keep you busy. Would definitely recommend you try it for yourself! :)

ok.. it’s actually really addicting. I played a bit more and WOW. I love this game. I don’t usually get very addicted to a game (my highest screen time is 1 hour 40 minutes.. but this is what most of my screen time is on now..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…………………..⭐️
(also, I have not gotten a single ad, and there was a little thing at the beginning saying that there were ads 💜)

Really fun and engaging
At first i had low hopes for this game cause i thought it would be another mediocre sanrio game but after playing it for the past few days i really enjoy it for what it is. Theres a ton of quests and games to do so you never get bored and its not too repetitive either, and most of the unlockable items are free or given with in game currency which is even better cause its not a pay to play either. Im currently only at level 14 but i cant wait to level up some more. The only thing i have an issue with when it comes to this game is the order the story is in. Why am i able to unlock episodes for the next story before i complete the first shop?? It makes it very confusing and i luckily realized early on when starting the story, that its meant to navigate when you unlock the next store but nothing indicates that in the game except for context of the dialogue and the episodes unlock WAY BEFORE the actual second shop does and i still haven’t even unlocked it yet nor does it tell you at what level you thats even suppose to happen. I really wish there was a way to see so its easier to play the game in the correct order of events or that they at least warn you about not being up to that part of the game yet despite unlocking the story for it, but other than that the game is great and i cant wait to eventually, finally, unlock my melody’s shop.

It is getting out of hand with payment
You guys are getting greedy with the payment. The higher level means we have no energy to even serve 1 order :) 100 energy spent in 2 secs. It is getting more and more ridiculous.
Super cute but very heavy on in app purchases
I’ve been playing for a few days now, and I’m kind of addicted. I am a huge Sanrio fan and adore all of the characters included in the game. The cute designs of all the furniture and items keeps me playing to unlock the new facilities. I do wish there were more characters in the game, especially the more obscure ones (like my favorite, Cogimyun). Now for the bad parts. This is a very predatory game when it comes to in app purchases. Windows will frequently pop up showing special packs and items for progressing faster. You can 100% still progress and finish the game without spending real money, but the game makes it very easy to spend in just a couple clicks. If you have issues with mobile game spending, you might want to look further into it. Also, while there are no ads popping up mid game, you can watch them for energy refills or getting items. However…I have been unable to earn energy through ads because the UI will not let me click back to the game once the ad has finished. All in all, a very cute and chill game with the usual predatory gambling enabling.

Used to play this app for hours but everytime I open the app it gets stuck on the opening loading page and won’t allow me access to the actual game :(
Holy Greed
I didn’t think it was possible for a Sanrio game to be greedier than Hello Kitty Dream Village, but this one knocks it out of the park. Stamina regenerates extremely slowly and is used up almost instantly, so you basically get a few minutes of gameplay (if you are lucky) in between hours of waiting unless you pay. That in and of itself is annoying enough, but this app also decides to pop up their paid packages every single time you open it or accomplish something in game. It’s extremely irritating to constantly have this “BUY BUY BUY” begging shoved in your face. The game itself is pretty fun, so it’s just disappointing that a lot of enjoyment is dampened by the very blatant pleading for cash. The ads you have to watch for the free resources are also insanely bothersome because they layer over tons of fake Xs, force you to wait for an “interactive” section, and sometimes even force open the app store before you can close out of them and redeem what is essentially another piddly 30 seconds of energy.

ちなみに報告したバグについては、「アイテム変化バグ」と「表示バグ」を混合したようなものです。
例えば、画面上に「エプロン」が生成されているとします。しかし、そのエプロンにカーソルを合わせても名前が「エッグロール」になっていて、この段階での表示は「エプロン」なものの、カーソルを離すor移動させる等の動作を行うと、表示まで「エッグロール」になってしまうという最悪なバグです。
私はこれで「ハサミ」が「マルゲリータ」になってしまいました。
急なことだったので証拠写真や動画等はもちろん持っていなく、最初は「もう少し詳細を教えてください」とメールで回答をいただき、そちらにもう少し詳しく、写真や動画は無しで送信したところすぐに対応してくれて、ゲーム内でお詫びをいただきました。(ハサミやエネルギー×100等)
「次も同様な現象が起きるようなら、写真や短い動画等を撮影して送ってくれると助かる」というような旨の返信もいただき、その翌日にそのバグが現れたため即撮影&報告。
報告した時間は夜中の2時頃でしたが、その日の朝9時半頃にすぐに対応&お詫び。早すぎてびっくりです。
特に最後のメールには、
"お客様が感じられる小さなご不便も軽視することなく、迅速な対応を心がけ、よりご満足いただけるゲーム体験をご提供できるよう努めてまいります。
このほかにも私どもへお伝えになりたいことがございましたら、いつでもお気軽にお問い合わせください。"
と書いており、とても信頼のできる運営様だなと、とてもあたたかい気持ちになりました。(メールの内容を抜粋&コピペ失礼しました。)
