Why bother having delivery slots..?
So, they did manage to better Laundry Heap who lost my laundry for 3 weeks and offered a £10 voucher in compensation (as though I am ever going to use them again after that) but Hello Laundry came to collect 3 hours earlier than I booked - so smack bang in the middle of the working day - and return it 3 hours later than booked (so 10pm). Their return delivery driver was also one of the rudest delivery drivers from any service that I’ve had in 4 years of living in this flat. I can’t wait until I move and have a working washing machine again!

DON’T BOTHER
Bad service I paid for my stuffs to be collected but we couldn’t reach an agreement on the time of collection the lady that spoke to me told me she’ll give me a call on the day of collection to confirm the time she didn’t call me I texted her asking for a refund (even called her) no avail.

Horrible
Over 3 orders they lost 4 items of clothing totalling well over £1,000. I was neither reimbursed nor did they seem to make an effort to find my missing clothing. Do not recommend unless you want to go shopping for new clothes
