Super useless. I downloaded the app, signed up and I submitted all my documentation - yet they kept rejecting it and didn’t tell me why!
I then want to chat to a consultant and when I get connected, the first consultant stays quiet. The second one takes forever to respond and my issue wasn’t resolved! Useless service and staff.

Useless banking app
Since you changed the bank name i dont see where the statements are and also I don’t see the transaction history as we used to this new bank name looks like it is going to be useless
Fiction not right way now
New version not good like before,not connected with card , just only deposit, transfer, can buy something in the apps , not good if can’t use card , why not fixing and can connect with card no one need to carrying cash not safe !!! Hope your guy see it !!! Everything service I pay with card , now is can’t use nothing make me mad at your company/// Sarah

I called in to exchange my cell phone number and it takes forever till I haven’t got any assistance , I even went to agance and it was even worse and now am stack yet I have got money in my account
You don’t have… power to use it
Since they moved from one bank to another it has been useless the agency can’t even help you…. Fraudulent department doesn’t help you ……if you more money in you need to beg for a transaction
