Useless
Super useless. I downloaded the app, signed up and I submitted all my documentation - yet they kept rejecting it and didn’t tell me why!
I then want to chat to a consultant and when I get connected, the first consultant stays quiet. The second one takes forever to respond and my issue wasn’t resolved! Useless service and staff.

Useless banking app
Since you changed the bank name i dont see where the statements are and also I don’t see the transaction history as we used to this new bank name looks like it is going to be useless
Fiction not right way now
New version not good like before,not connected with card , just only deposit, transfer, can buy something in the apps , not good if can’t use card , why not fixing and can connect with card no one need to carrying cash not safe !!! Bad service
I called in to exchange my cell phone number and it takes forever till I haven’t got any assistance , I even went to agance and it was even worse and now am stack yet I have got money in my account
You don’t have… power to use it
Since they moved from one bank to another it has been useless the agency can’t even help you…. Fraudulent department doesn’t help you ……if you more money in you need to beg for a transaction
Horrible and rude consultants
I sent money more than a week ago and the recipient didn’t receive an sms and i didn’t receive anything as well. Been calling them everyday for more than a week and each consultant tells me a different story and now my uncle’s funeral has passed and he has been robbed of his dignity because of uncaring staff. Worst service ever.

I absolutely love HelloPaisa it has truly made my life easier like never before. Sending and receiving money was simple, fast, and stress free and I always appreciated the reliability of your services.
However, when I got a job abroad, I faced a challenge. I couldn’t deposit funds into my account because the country I’m in doesn’t support WorldRemit, which is currently the only way HelloPaisa receives money from abroad. That meant I had to go back to struggling with other complicated and expensive transfer methods.
All in all I really can’t complain your services have been a huge help in my life and I still love using HelloPaisa whenever I can.

I’m very disappointed in Paisa, I sent some money and did an immediate payment from Nedbank to Nedbank. The payment did not reflect immediately, they asked me to send them pop but they still couldn’t assist me. The money was for an emergency situation, I explained all of this to them but they still didn’t care to help and told me I don’t have any choice but to wait.

The worst service ever
Its been almost 2 months calling and being told we will call you back sending documents and following all the requirements to no help at all. I cannot access the bank app yet there is money in there. Its so disappointing hire professionals!
Scam
Big scammers first they will show you small fees then charge for every transaction. So whenever u create order it will go first ur bank account and then the country u want to send money. So if u didn’t pa yur bank fees they can steal that charges with giving any benefits if being there banking client. Then ask again money for ur order created and first they will charge u deposit fee for ur order so moral of story they will only steal zr money thus way or that way 😡

This app delays payment if you want to use it for salary always expect your money 2 days after the pay day it takes forever to reflect or receive payments 🚮 And they do not respond whenever you enquire about your account Thy communicate late 😣

Currently am suffering to take my own money , they put my account on hold .
They ask me to provide proof that the money is Legal , I did without hesitation, but still they don’t want to give my money back ..
Instead their agent asking me R5000 so that they can help me to take out my own money, which means I have to pay to take my own money..That’s not normal…
Please fix your things and tell your Agents stop robbing people’s money they suffered for.

They stole my money
I’m very disappointed with HP i will never ever use this ever again.
I bought airtime for 500 rands and I didn’t get it but my money was dedicated.
I called them 5 times telling me that the financial department will contact me, it’s now a month haven’t receive any call yet.

I’m so disappointed with this app . I have just use this application in the morning to send money then afternoon someone send me money but application can’t open start telling me that I put wrong password how could that happen when I been using same pin for years and when I try to request new pin application showing me that I’m not registered customer this is very poor service if you don’t have internet no way way u can check balance or send money or do anything else . That’s why Mukuru is much better than this small company that can’t even care about Customer I will never recommend someone to join hellopaisa at all I will continue using my Mukuru card now .

The charges are exorbitant and provide no help with the cancellation process.
On Wednesday, I fell victim to a scam and lost R8000. To make matters worse, today, Saturday 16 March, they scammed me again for an additional R500, even after I had blocked my card and obtained a new Hello Paisa card.
When reaching out to them for assistance, they claim that they are unable to help. I'm starting to suspect that this might be an inside job.
Proceed with caution if considering joining their services.
