Illegal way of making money
The app charges illegally for upi transaction which is against NPCI guidelines. If this is not resolved we need to report this illegal charges levied on the users
Good concept but bad execution
It's an app for kids and toddlers, it must be kept in mind. But fraud mindset of making money . I made a payment for night stories. I already had a daily night story plan from school. I still took additional subscription. I was forced to keep an auto pay in bank with 10yr mandate. I was not comfortable. I did payment for 3 months and later after few days removed the auto pay instructions from the bank. Now they cancel my subscription and also the one that I already had from school. Such a FRAUD mindset. Kid is crying as no story available and also money is taken in advance for 3 months. No help options as well. Disappointed with the app management for having cheap mindset
