Illegal way of making money
The app charges illegally for upi transaction which is against NPCI guidelines. If this is not resolved we need to report this illegal charges levied on the users
Good concept but bad execution
It's an app for kids and toddlers, it must be kept in mind. But fraud mindset of making money . I made a payment for night stories. I already had a daily night story plan from school. I still took additional subscription. I was forced to keep an auto pay in bank with 10yr mandate. I was not comfortable. I did payment for 3 months and later after few days removed the auto pay instructions from the bank. Now they cancel my subscription and also the one that I already had from school. Such a FRAUD mindset. Kid is crying as no story available and also money is taken in advance for 3 months. No help options as well. Disappointed with the app management for having cheap mindset

Interesting, motivating and intriguing stories for my kid. He doesn’t sleep without listening to at least 2 bed time stories every day, whether we are travelling or not, this is handy and very nice app.

App is fine. Issue with album
When i view photos, i have to select one photo and go back to select another photo. Swipe left or right does not work to scroll between photos.
App is average for user experience
Using this app and found many UX points which are not proper for interaction and navigation . Even need to improve UI as well in terms of features management.

No notifications
The biggest problem with the App is it does not push any notifications and does not prompt the users to open the App

This review is for the iOS version. If I tap on ‘Message’ and want to navigate back to the main menu without entering any data in the form, I’m stuck with dirty content check. The only option I have is to click on ’OK’.
Multiple opportunities to improve the experience
I feel there are so many opportunities on the application to improve the experience.
First and foremost is - Notification.
There’s absolutely no way to turning the notifications on.
The problem ? We miss important emails from the school.
The experience- I have to momentarily go and check the application for any new messages.
Second: your interface is bad on the homepage.
It overlaps with the images and icon. You need to really modify the design and resolve the issues.

Camera review
I am also facing this issue only. I have updated the app then also web camera is coming and no flip camera option is provided on updating. Plz go through this problem and provide us camera flip option. Currently using iPhone
Issue Of mic and cam
I have updated to the latest version and from then on I am not able to see microphone and camera and various other options in the app while taking online classes.
Unable to see camera flip option
I had updated the version to 3.2.9 last week but since then i am unable to see camera flip option(from front to back camera). I am unable to use back camera while using the app. Currently using iphone 11

App doesn’t work with iPad having IOS software version 12.5.1. The app has been installed but it kept closing as soon as I try to open it.

The option make fee payment is not available post latest update and has not been fixed so far....

This has become a perennial problem with this app. Important messages are missed out since there are no notifications since recently. Even after sending feedback to developer via app, App Store, the developer doesn’t seem to address this recurring issue. We recommend school to change the service provider.
