Get an actual insurance plan, not this
The care I have received from this company has been absurd. They give you so many hoops to jump through just to get to the doctor. The gist is, this is a healthcare SUBSCRIPTION not insurance. Any emergency visits are not covered by them and on top of that their virtual doctors take their time to respond to medical needs. I am very blessed to get on an actual health insurance plan next month so that I don’t have to worry about my medical wellbeing anymore!!!

Good when it works
I was excited about this healthcare option. However my experiences have been less than great. The card you have to pay for your doctor visits and lab work only works part of the time. When I called support they admit this. So they have to send you a “temporary” card via email. I’ve had to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed.
Next is their formulary and prescription card. I went to get my prescription filled and was told only one of the two would be covered (same drug but different strengths) even though both were on their formulary. One of them had even been shipped to me by their formulary at no charge previously. When I go to get my prescriptions I’m then told neither of them are covered. I went ahead and paid out of pocket. I got home to submit receipts for reimbursement and they will not do that. I submitted anyway. It got elevated to “management” but they still would not reimburse and said I would have to get it from the pharmacy. Anyone with any sense knows a pharmacy is never going to refund money on a prescription. I am now completely on ignore by Riverhealth.
Their system is half naked and cumbersome. It also makes service at labs and pharmacies for you and anyone in line after you very slow.

It’s quite simple to use. I like that I can see the same doctor all the time. The app crashed one time but the service is great.
