Recently, when my call was finally picked up, I was asked irrelevant and unnecessary questions instead of being given a clear update on my delivery. This has caused a lot of inconvenience.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide a proper update on the status of my cylinder delivery. Please ensure timely and responsible customer support going forward.

Poor service from Vinayak Bharat Gas Bangalore
I registered for a double LPG cylinder connection more than two months ago, but there has been absolutely no clarity on when the request will be fulfilled. The customer care and service staff seem to have no idea about the status, and they don’t even bother to check their systems properly when asked.
The staff response has been extremely poor and often rude, which makes the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, LPG deliveries are not done on Sundays, which is very inconvenient for working customers.
Customers are constantly pushed to download and use the app for LPG booking, but honestly the app is buggy and unreliable, and it hasn’t improved the service experience at all. There seems to be no real benefit of using the app if the backend service and support are this inefficient.
Overall, the combination of poor service, rude staff, lack of accountability, and a buggy app makes this a very frustrating customer experience. Serious improvements are needed in both the app functionality and the service responsiveness.

Case on agency
On 25th October, a major fire broke out in my home due to a gas leakage from the cylinder that was delivered on 24/25 October by this agency.
Even after such a serious incident, the agency did not offer any help or compensation. They never pick up calls, behave very rudely, and show no responsibility.
They also changed my address without my permission, so even if someone comes for enquiry or inspection, they will visit the wrong location. This looks like an attempt to avoid accountability.
I booked another cylinder on 5 October, and they delayed the delivery for more than 10 days. On top of that, they again changed the address and still did not respond to calls.
This is the worst gas agency I have ever dealt with—unprofessional, irresponsible, and careless about customers’ safety.
I am sharing all bill receipts and police complaint details so others can stay informed and avoid facing the same situation.

EKYC working in iOS, only when other apps are removed and only digilocker/madhaar app are left.
Due to this, verification of eKYC is failing. The verification gets stuck in target app.
Solution: I had to remove Umang app, Abha app, and keep only digilocker and madhaar app. At first attempt, nothing happened when digilocker was opened. So I removed digilocker too. In next attempt, it did not open madhaar app and the authentication timed out, but the status on the app turned to e-KYC done.
