App is not working

After deleting the app and reinstalling it from the App Store, I am still unable to log in on my device. However, when I try logging in on another device, it works successfully.

Could you please let me know why it is not working on my device?

Unable to use this App at all

This is totally useless app. I got the BPCL voucher and redeemed and also added money here. now my hard earned money is blocked by Hello BPCL and I am unable to use that money. Tried contacting customer care but no response. How to get my own money back which is held by Hello BPCL app.

Poor Development

I am writing to report a serious issue encountered while using your new app today. I completed a gas refill booking and the payment was processed successfully. However, after payment the app instructed me to note down the booking ID but did not allow me to take a screenshot of the confirmation screen, and I did not receive any acknowledgement message (SMS, email, or in-app notification). As a result, I have no proof of the transaction or booking reference.
This situation is unacceptable for a consumer-facing application for the following reasons:
• Lack of a visible, copyable booking ID prevents customers from tracking or verifying their booking.
• Blocking screenshots removes a basic method for preserving transaction evidence.
• Failure to send an acknowledgement message leaves customers uncertain whether payment was recorded or the booking was placed.
Please investigate this matter urgently

No way to track my booking

I cannot find any way to see my cylinder booking or track any of my service requests. This app has no straight option or any menu to go the these pages.

Poor service

Unable to pay the fuel charge with this app in pumps..tried several times and it showing error..tried to contact customer support and they are not responding..Very poor service ..disappointed with BPCL

Not picking customer care

My gas booking has been cancelled twice without any reason from 2 weeks after they took 20 days to transfer my connection

Worst App

Issue with this app is company which owning the update and have zero sense from user side. Why govt apps are so worst which doesn’t have basic function working. This is keep on forcing me to download even after updating the app

Login Issue: Page Not Found error

Extremely disappointed with the HelloBPCL app. It is completely useless because I cannot even get past the login screen. Every time I enter my credentials, it throws a 'Page Not Found' error. It’s frustrating that such a basic feature is broken. A total waste of time and space on my phone. Fix this immediately!

Regarding payment by debit card

Today i had different experience regarding payment by debit card that you have to go to office so you have to stop the car and park and then make payment which was time consuming at Shah & Co at Por. Usually I haven’t seen this practice anywhere. I have some query regarding billing but i am not sure so not complaining of same but next time when i will visit, check and revert.

Auto Sign out & KYC failed

App automatically signed out after one or two days and every time i need to login with OTP again and again. Secondly KYC functionality failed every time even after completing all the steps. Needs a lot improvement.

This new app is not responding at all and not going beyond the language screen despite being connected to to a stable high speed internet connection and I can't book my gas now.
The previous BPCL app was far better.
Please fix it ASAP.

Really Bad Services

I have added kyc many times then again it asking for kyc, booked gas on 12th still no update on cylinder, complaints multiple times but customer care resolved query without solved it, what kind of service they are providing…

Not optimised. Lot of issues

1) Rewards page is not working.
2) I cannot search for the outlets other than near by.
3) Profile page is not working. I’m not able to change my name. 4) I’m not able to change the location in home page. It’s taking only my current location by default.

Hello Bpcl-for business app is showing ro locator for all places where i can enter my desired location and search for the fuel station. So that i can plan my journey accordingly. But in this app this main functionality misses

Ekyc

After having followed all the steps for EKYC and successfully announcing completing the EKYC, when you go back to their bpcl site, it says please completeEKYC, EKYC incomplete. I tried it five times and successfully completed the EKYC 5 times Ultimately it tells you to go back to your distributor. Horrible experience.
