Could be better
UI isn’t intuitive. I have to struggle to find where I can find past gas booking history. Images are overwhelming and masking real text labels. Text labels also can be revised to be more meaningful.
Worst Delivery Service
Extremely poor delivery service. We have to repeatedly beg the distributor to deliver the cylinder, even after placing the booking on time. Delivery is unnecessarily delayed, and there is no proper communication or accountability. Customers should not have to keep following up for a basic essential service. Very disappointing experience.

Very good service from BPCL
I recently processed a consumer name change and faced some delay. Then contacted BPCL Kochi office and received excellent customer care support. The staff was highly helpful and efficient. Additionally, the BPCL mobile app is incredibly user-friendly and makes booking cylinders completely hassle-free. However, the local distribution agency definitely needs to improve its service quality and delivery efficiency. Great backend support, but ground-level execution can be better.

This new app is not responding at all and not going beyond the language screen despite being connected to to a stable high speed internet connection and I can't book my gas now.
The previous BPCL app was far better.

I’m very impressed with BCPL’s gas cylinder refilling service. The entire process has been smooth, quick, and hassle-free, with excellent coordination and timely service.
What is particularly appreciable is that even during the recent Iran–US conflict and the uncertainties around fuel and gas supplies, BCPL managed their operations smoothly and continued providing reliable service without major disruption.
