Tech app no longer works
Used to be great but ever since the update with the latest and greatest it doesn’t work at all for me now. There had been lack of support and help to figure out the problem and I’ve lost out on several jobs since they rolled out this crappy update because I can’t get past the sign in page
Isn’t working on iPhone 11.
I had sent way too many emails about the issue I’d encounter with my iPhone 11 and still not working. After way too many removed and reinstalled, I’d give up. I do t know what’s going on. Now it’s another update and still not working yet. Even on my iPad 11 Pro.
app doesnt work
after entering log in credintials the app screen turns all white and freezes. force quit, restart, reinstall- no fixes. hellotech support cant figure it out either. there is not “trust app” message or settings as they keep saying- their app just doesnt work

The old APP isn’t available in App Store but it’s the best. Quick response, friendly and easy navigation, it had been very helpful for me to claim and manage jobs.
This new one is trash. Too many useless features, slow refresh. I can’t receive job offer notifications. I have been missing lots of valuable job offer opportunities since they published the new app in AppStore. Worst.
