Poor Unprofessional company but maids ate good
While the cleaning services were decent but the company overcharge, does not apply the discount codes and totally unreachable on their call center and very poor almost non responsive to whatsapp. The app is just an interface to book nothing else. Poor rating for the company admin nit the cleaning services.

Very bad company
The maids are good and they have nothing to do with this. But this company is abusing them and on top of that the service they provide is not good. Always late, lying to their customers and their customer service does not understand the requested changes so I end up being billed for services that never happened. Not recommended at all!

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE UAE
I cannot begin to describe how bad they are, they will come back and ask for a second chance every time. And then proceed to do something even worse!
From changing my REGULAR maid almost every 2 weeks because their maids keep running away from them, to having missing things from my apartment with no explanation, to charging you for cleanings they promised are “free” and finally to confirming 100% this maid will be a regular and then sending someone else without even giving you a heads up.
If you want constant anxiety and fighting with a call center everyday then Helpling is for you!

Crashing App
It’s been over a month the app is crashing and can’t book anymore.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! FIND ANOTHER APP
they use third party companies and some of them are not qualified, and their work is not neat!! moreover I filed a theft complaint and they tried to silence me with 5% discount and a better cleaner in the next booking yet they still failed to apply that action. They have a Sever miscommunication issue with their third parties and they totally ignore your notes!! .. I wasted paying money for extra hours for ironing only and eventually they ended bringing me cleaners that are not good with it!! I filed this issue so many times but I always get responded with “ we can bring a better one next time” ULTIMATE FAILURE and I deleted the app since they wasted so much time and money for me.
