Poor coordination

I ride from the Strand to the airport and dropped the bike at Teletie, which had no docking stations and I now, believe was/is for Vantaa (spelling?) bikes. The app did not mention that. Why? Now, I am not sure if the bike will be OK.

The stations shown do not connect with any map products, making navigation a bit tricky. It has a timer that is not connected to checking out a bike. Why?
